We recommend using a foil tent to prevent over-burning, an oven bag to keep turkey moist, and foil wrapping to speed up cooking times. FOIL TENT

Keep your turkey from over-browning in the oven with a foil tent. To make the tent, crease a sheet of aluminum foil in the center, place over top of the turkey, and crimp the ends of the foil to the sides of the pan. After roasting, the tent will keep meats hot until serving time. Learn more here:
