Reynolds Kitchens tip
Baking potato fries and other vegetables in the oven is a great way to cut down on calories and fat!

Ingredients
- 4 large sweet potatoes
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 sprigs of thyme, destemmed
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil.
Step 2
Peel and cut potatoes into strips about 1/4-inch thick. In a large bowl combine oil, thyme, garlic, and salt and pepper. Place potatoes in the bowl and toss, making sure to evenly coat.
Step 3
Transfer potatoes to the baking sheet, making sure potatoes lie in a single layer across the foil. Cook for 15–20 minutes until crispy. Remove tray from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
