Thai Grilled Pizza

COMBINE peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar and ginger in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently for 1 minute or until peanut butter is melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and set aside.
PREHEAT grill to 450°F. Roll or pat pizza dough into a 14-inch circle on a sheet of Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Foil with non-stick (dull) side toward food. Brush dough with olive oil.
SPREAD peanut sauce over the dough then sprinkle on red pepper flakes. Add garlic, chicken, carrots, snap peas, green onion, red cabbage, peanuts and mozzarella cheese.
GRILL 15 to 20 minutes in covered grill over indirect heat. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
