Swordfish with Lemon Butter Sauce
Preheat the oven to 400°.
Whisk together the butter, dill, capers, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a large bowl and set aside.
Season the swordfish in both sides with salt and pepper.
Place the swordfish on a Reynolds Kitchens® Bakeware Non-Stick fish pan.
Place 2 tablespoons of the herb butter on top of each swordfish fillet.
Bake in the oven at 400° for 16 to 18 minutes or until the swordfish is lightly browned on top and cooked throughout.
Serve with a side of cooked brown rice and steamed broccoli.
