An Oven Bag is an effortless and convenient way to cook delicious shrimp in the microwave.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons Chinese five spice seasoning
- 1 package (12 to 16 ounces) frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed and drained
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cups hot cooked rice
- 1 Reynolds® Oven Bag
Directions
Step 1
Place a Reynolds® Oven Bag in 2-quart microwave-safe dish. Add sweet and sour sauce, melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, cornstarch and five spice seasoning to oven bag. Gently squeeze bag to blend ingredients.
Step 2
Add drained vegetables and shrimp to bag. Gently turn bag to coat vegetables and shrimp. Close oven bag with nylon tie (included in package); cut six 1/2-inch slits in top of bag. Tuck ends of oven bag in dish.
Step 3
Microwave on high for 8 to 10 minutes, until shrimp is pink and opaque and vegetables are hot. Let stand in bag for 2 to 3 minutes. Carefully open cut top of the oven bag with scissors. Stir ingredients and serve over hot cooked rice.
