Ingredients
- 1lb. sweet potatoes (about 2), peeled, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 6-1/2 oz. (1/2 of 13-oz. pkg.) Smoked Turkey Sausage, cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into slices
- 1 red apple, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 4 sheets (12x18 inches each) Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
Directions
Step 1
HEAT oven to 450ºF.
Step 2
COMBINE first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Drizzle with dressing; stir to evenly coat all ingredients.
Step 3
SPOON 1/4 of the potato mixture onto center of 1 sheet of Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil; spread to form single layer. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make 3 more packets. Place in single layer on baking sheet.
Step 4
BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until potatoes are tender. Open each packet carefully, allowing steam to escape, by cutting along top fold with sharp knife. Sprinkle hash with onions.
