Crunchy Taco Chilaquiles Stuffing Recipe
Spice up your Thanksgiving stuffing this year by using crunchy taco wraps from your favorite Mexican drive thru in a chilaquiles-style side dish.
PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees. Line a 13x9-inch pan with Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil and set aside.
PULL each crunchy tortilla wrapped taco apart, separating the ground beef and nacho cheese, tortilla shells, and lettuce tomatoes and sour cream.
PLACE ground beef and nacho cheese into bottom of prepared pan. Cut tortilla shells into 2-inch triangles. Combine with corn tortilla chips and place on top of ground beef mixture. Pour taco sauce on top.
COVER with Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Aluminum Foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes. Garnish with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and sour cream before serving.
