PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Place Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Foil on a large baking tray.

PEEL and core apples. Slice crosswise into 3 rings about 3/4-inch thick. Place on prepared pan in a single layer.

BRUSH rings with butter. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar. Bake 15 minutes or until apples are desired tenderness.

SERVE each apple ring with a scoop of ice cream, a drizzle of caramel sauce and some strawberries and blueberries.
