Reynolds Kitchens® Dessert Pans allow you to make a dessert perfect for any occasion.


  • 4 peeled, cored and small diced Granny Smith apples
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 1/2 cup of packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 4 ounces of unsalted butter
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • 1 Reynolds Kitchens® 8x8 Dessert Pan


Step 1

PREHEAT the oven to 350°.

Step 2

MIX together the apples, lemon juice, sugar and nutmeg in a bowl until combined.

Step 3

POUR the apple mixture into a Reynolds Kitchens® 8x8 Dessert Pan.

Step 4

ADD the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and unsalted butter to a food processor and pulse until the butter is the size of rice.

Step 5

SPREAD the oats and butter mixture all over the apples and make sure the apples are completely covered.

Step 6

BAKE in the oven for 35 minutes on 350° or until the oatmeal topping is slightly brown.

Step 7

SERVE hot with vanilla ice cream
