Ingredients

  • Cranberry Filling/Topping

  • Prosciutto Filling/Topping

  • Honey Pecan Filling/Topping

  • Garlic Herb Filling/Topping

Directions

Preheat air fryer to 400° F

Dust counter or cutting board with 1 tablespoon flour. Unroll one pie crust. Roll the crust with a rolling pin until the circle is 1-2 inches larger. Cut into 4 even wedges. Roll each wedge slightly to enlarge. Gently ease crusts into 4 Reynold's Kitchens® Air Fryer Cups.

Cut the brie in half into two half moons, setting one aside. Cut the other into 4 equal pieces and tuck one in each pastry-lined cup. Top brie with any of the filling suggestions from below. Gently press pastry together to seal over the brie and fillings.

Place 4 cups into the air fryer and cook 5 to 6 minutes until hot and nicely brown. Allow for 1-2 minutes of cooling before removing the cups from the air fryer. Use tongs or oven mitts to gently lift the cups out of the air fryer as cups may be hot. Garnish brie cups and serve.

Meanwhile, prepare 4 more brie cups with remaining pie crust and brie.
