TURKEY HASH

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Shred leftover turkey by pulling apart cold meat with two forks.
  2. Sautee chopped onions, peppers and potatoes in a skillet until fork tender.
  3. Add in shredded, cooked turkey meat and continue cooking until warm throughout.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
MASHED POTATO PANCAKES

MASHED POTATO PANCAKES

Instructions:

  1. Form small patties using leftover mashed potatoes. It works best if mashed potatoes are cold from the fridge.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet. Once oil is hot, add potato patty. Cook until surface is brown and crispy.
  3. Serve with freshly diced chives and a sprinkle of parmesan.

STUFFING EGG CUPS

Instructions:

  1. Fill a muffin tin with Reynolds® Baking Cups. Fill the bottom half of the Baking Cup with leftover stuffing. Press with fingers to secure stuffing into cup.
  2. Crack an egg atop the stuffing-filled baking cup.
  3. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until egg white is cooked, but yolk is still runny.
Cranberry oatmeal

CRANBERRY OATMEAL

Instructions:

  1. Line slow cooker with Reynolds ® Slow Cooker Liner.
  2. Add steel cut oats to slow cooker, along with the appropriate amount of liquid, based on instructions on oatmeal.
  3. Add frozen cranberries, cinnamon and sugar to taste. Continue cooking until oats are done and cranberries are thawed.
