Whether it’s Meatless Monday or Taco Tuesday, enjoy a flavorful veggie taco dinner with the help of Non-Stick Reynolds Wrap.
PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Foil.
MOLD 4-6 foil block molds to hold and shape taco shells. Molds should be approximately 4” tall x 5” wide. Set aside.
COMBINE all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly to combine.
PLACE 1/4 cup of the zucchini mixture onto the foil, then use your hand to flatten into a disk.
BAKE 15 to 20 minutes or until shells are solid and pliable.
LINE a baking sheet with foil and place foil block molds on top. Drape shells over foil blocks. Return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until shells are crisp. Cool for 10 minutes before removing shells from foil mold.
FILL with favorite taco fillings and serve immediately.
