Ingredients

  • Smoked Bacon Cheeseburger Dip

  • Swicy Hot Honey BBQ Sauce

Directions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat

Add 1½ lbs lean ground beef, ½ diced sweet onion and 2 tbsp beef seasoning

Cook until the beef is browned and the onions are softened and Stir in 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, cooked chopped bacon, 8 oz softened cream cheese, ¼ cup sour cream, chopped pickles, diced jalapeño, 2 cups sharp cheddar and 1 cup pepper jack cheese

Transfer mixture into a Reynolds Kitchens® Bakeware Pan

Place the pan on a cookie sheet on the smoker and smoke the dip uncovered at 275°F for about 20-30 minutes, or until the top develops some color

Remove the pan from the smoker and cover the pan tightly with Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil

Return the pan to the cookie sheet placed on the smoker for about 10 minutes. This helps the cheeses fully melt and the dip become creamy.

Remove the dip from the smoker and stir

Next, make the Swicy Hot Honey BBQ Dip by mixing together ½ cup BBQ sauce, ¼ cup hot honey, 1 tbsp chipotle hot sauce and 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Top the dip with extra bacon, chopped pickles, chopped jalapeños

For the final touch, drizzle the top of the dip with the Swicy Hot Honey BBQ sauce
