Slow Cooker White Wine Herb Chicken

OPEN slow cooker liner and place it inside a 5- to 6 1/2 -quart slow cooker bowl. Fit liner snugly against the bottom and sides of bowl pull top of liner over rim of bowl.

PLACE chicken and carrots in the slow cooker liner. Pour white wine and chicken broth over chicken. Rub garlic over chicken. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper. Place lid on slow cooker.

COOK on LOW for 5 to 6 hours OR on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours or until meat thermometer inserted into thickest part of chicken thigh not touching bone reads 180°F.

CAREFULLY remove lid to allow steam to escape. Place chicken and vegetables on a platter to slice. Serve with rice, if desired. Do not lift or transport liner with food inside. Cool slow cooker completely remove liner and toss.
