PREHEAT oven to 425°F. PLACE Reynolds Kitchens® Unbleached Parchment Paper on a large baking pan.

COMBINE gnocchi, bell peppers, onion, tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, seasonings, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl. Mix well and spread in a single layer on the prepared pan.

BAKE 20 minutes. Stir gnocchi mix, then break feta into chunks over the pan and return to oven for 10 minutes. Stir baby kale into gnocchi mix and bake 5-10 minutes more. Toss together and serve hot.
