Orange Pound Cake Skewers
Make these tasty Orange Pound Cake Recipe Skewers that are loaded with fresh berries, marshmallows and drizzled with melted chocolate for your next party. They're a fun treat for any group.
PREHEAT the oven to 300°.
CREAM together the butter and sugar and add 1 egg yolk at a time until combined.
ADD in the sour cream, orange zest, and orange juice until combined.
STOP the mixer and scrape the bowl.
MIX together the flour, baking soda, and salt until combined and mix it into the creamed butter mixture until combined.
POUR the batter into a large bowl and set aside.
WHIP the egg whites until stiff peaks are formed and fold into the bowl with the batter until combined.
POUR the mixture into a Reynolds® Bakeware 8x8 pan and bake for 50 to 55 minutes on 300°.
COOL on a cooling rack and then cut into 1” inch squares.
SKEWER the pound cake squares along with fresh berries and marshmallows.
DRIZZLE the melted chocolate over the pound cake and fruit skewers.
