One Loaf Dinner: Lasagna

Enjoy a quick and easy dinner with this one loaf lasagna, using an Italian bread loaf loaded with a delicious roasted red pepper lasagna stuffed inside.

CUT the top and hollow out the center of the Italian loaf.

SPRINKLE 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese into the loaf, then pour 1/2 cup marinara sauce on top. Place 1 lasagna noodle on top of sauce. Combine ricotta and mozzarella cheese and spread over lasagna noodle.

PLACE red peppers on top of ricotta mixture. Place remaining lasagna noodle on top. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of marinara sauce, then add remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese.

WRAP loaf in Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Foil and bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until fully heated throughout.

COOL slightly and cut into slices for serving.
