Reynolds Kitchens® Tips

Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings, split into wingettes and drumettes
- Sea salt and black pepper
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh minced parsley (or other fresh herbs), plus more for garnish
- Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil
Directions
Step 1
Place the wings in a large bowl and sprinkle all over with sea salt and pepper. In a large measuring cup, whisk together the oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Pour about 3/4 of this mixture over the wings and toss to coat. Save the remaining marinade for after grilling. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate for 1–2 hours.
Step 3
Divide the wings between two 16-inch sheets of Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil to create foil packets. Discarding excess marinade, place with wings in the center of each foil sheet. Wrap and seal the foil packets tightly on the long and short ends.
Step 4
Heat your grill to high heat, place both foil packets on the grill, and grill for a total of 20–25 minutes, turning once midway. Before serving, stir the parsley into the remaining lemon-garlic mixture and drizzle over the wings to serve. Enjoy!
