Reynolds Wrap® Tip
Grilling fruit wrapped in Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil Foil keeps the delicious caramelized juices contained and allows for easy cleanup.

Ingredients
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon chopped mint
- 6 wedges seedless watermelon, sliced 1-inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
Directions
Step 1
BEAT goat cheese, yogurt, honey and mint with an electric mixer until combined and smooth, about one minute. Set aside.
Step 2
PREHEAT grill to 400°F. Brush both sides of watermelon with olive oil, then fully wrap each wedge in a sheet of Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil.
Step 3
GRILL for 5 minutes in covered grill over direct heat. Turn watermelon and grill additional 5 minutes or until watermelon is tender.
Step 4
REMOVE from foil and serve immediately with a dollop of goat cheese mixture.
