  • 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • Reynolds Kitchens® 9x13 Dessert Pan


Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Step 2

In a microwave safe bowl, add the butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Microwave in 20 second increments, stirring after each time, until butter is completely melted. Set aside for 5 minutes to cool slightly. Mix will be very grainy.

Step 3

After the mixture has cooled, stir in the vanilla extract. Next, add the egg and beat until it is fully incorporated. Add the flour and mix until just combined, careful not to over mix.

Step 4

Pour the brownie batter into Reynolds Kitchens® 9x13 Dessert Pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
