Bake these cookies on a Reynolds® Bakeware Cookie Sheet Pans with Parchment Lining for easy clean up.


  • 2 Reynolds® Bakeware Cookie Sheet Pan with Parchment Lining
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup red and green chocolate candies


Step 1

PREHEAT the oven to 350°.

Step 2

CREAM together the butter and sugar in a standing mixer with the paddle attachment on high speed until light and fluffy.

Step 3

POUR in 1 egg at a time until completely mixed in on low speed.

Step 4

ADD in the vegetable oil, baking soda and vanilla extract and mix until combined on low speed.

Step 5

ADD the flour into the butter mixture on low speed until combined.

Step 6

FOLD the red and green colored chocolate candies into the batter with a spatula until mixed in.

Step 7

SPOON 1 tablespoon of the cookie dough onto a Reynolds® Bakeware Cookie Sheet Pan with Parchment Lining and repeat the process until the dough is gone.  There should be 24 total cookies.

Step 8

BAKE the cookies at 350° for 14 to 16 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.

Step 9

COOL to room temperature before serving.
