Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line cookie sheet with Reynolds Kitchens® Parchment Paper with SmartGrid®.
Place pretzels in a single layer on cookie sheet, then top with chocolate kisses.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1–2 minutes, until chocolate is soft, but not fully melted.
Push a pecan or candy-coated chocolate into the center of each chocolate kiss, and chill in the refrigerator until firm.
