Slice onions down the middle and pop out the circles
Add some sausage to a mixing bowl with some cheddar cheese and the rest of the seasonings that are in the ingredient list
Mix it all together and place it in the onion like a sandwich and make sure it’s packed nice and tight
Wrap each onion sandwich in bacon
Grab your Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil and wrap around each onion sandwich tightly
Place the foil wrapped onion sandwiches on the smoker at 250 degrees for about an hour
Turn the smoker up to 450 degrees and brush it with your favorite BBQ sauce
Once the bacon is nice and crispy, slice into the onion bombs and enjoy
