Preheat your oven to 400°F
Slice your apple and place it onto an oven tray, sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
Add 4 tablespoons of water, cover with Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil and bake for 10 minutes.
While that’s baking, take your loaf of bread and slice it in a cross hatch pattern, make sure not to cut all the way down, just enough to fill it.
Fill the spaces with your previously cut up brie and make a bread shaped bowl with foil so it can cook in there.
Take your apples out of the oven and add them to the slices along with your brie, add dried cranberries, pecans and diced rosemary. Drizzle the leftover liquid from the apple tray onto your bread and cover completely with foil.
Bake for 3-4 minutes and enjoy!
