How to cook bacon in the oven on parchment paper

To bake bacon in the oven on parchment paper, preheat your oven to 400°F, then line a large 10x15x1 inch rimmed baking sheet with Reynolds Kitchens® Parchment Paper for non-stick baking. Spread the bacon slices in a single layer, making sure they do not overlap. Bake for 14 to 18 minutes, or until it reaches your desired crispiness. Try this method in our Maple-Glazed Bacon recipe.

Is it better to use foil or parchment paper for bacon in the oven?

Either parchment paper or Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Aluminum Foil allows your bacon to cook without sticking and makes for easy cleanup. Both methods produce excellent, crispy oven-baked bacon.
