Directions

Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

In large bowl, break up cookie dough. Stir or knead in remaining ingredients until well blended. On cookie sheets, drop dough by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. (Surface of cookies will look underbaked.) Cool 2 minutes remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks.
