Place leftovers in a Reynolds Disposable Heat & Eat container for a quick and tasty lunch the next day.
Ingredients
- 12 ounce package jumbo pasta shells
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- ¼ cup taco sauce
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- Green onions, for serving
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Gently toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Set aside.
Step 3
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground turkey until no longer pink. Add taco seasoning and ¾ cup water. Bring to a simmer and let cook until most of the liquid has been absorbed. Stir in cream cheese and taco sauce until the cream cheese has completely melted.
Step 4
Spread about ¼ cup of the salsa in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Fill pasta shells one at a time with 2 - 3 tablespoons of the ground turkey mixture. Transfer to the baking dish. When all shells are done, top with remaining salsa and shredded cheddar.
Step 5
Bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.
Step 6
Top with chopped green onions and crumbled tortilla chips before serving.
