Reynolds Kitchens® Tips

Reynolds Kitchens tip

Bake in a non-stick Reynolds Kitchens® Roaster Pan for easy clean up!

  • 1 rack of Chinese Spare ribs cut into individual bones
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of Chinese 5-spice
  • 1 cup of hoison sauce
  • 3/4 cup of ketchup
  • 1/3 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Reynodls Kitchens® 10lb Roaster Pan

Step 1

PREHEAT the oven to 350°.

Step 2

WHISK together in a bowl the hoison sauce, ketchup, honey and soy sauce until combined and set aside.

Step 3

ADD the ribs to a large bowl and season by rubbing them with the Chinese 5-spice and salt and pepper.

Step 4

PLACE the ribs side by side in a Reynolds Kitchens® 10lb Roaster Pan, baste them with a small amount of the honey-hoison sauce and bake in the oven on 350° for 2 1/2 hours. They will become dark in color and the meat will easily pull away from the bone when they’re finished.

Step 5

BASTE the ribs every 20-25 minutes or until the sauce is gone.
