  • 6 pound bone in leg of lamb
  • 2 tablespoons of Kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon of crushed coriander seeds
  • 2 teaspoons of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 Reynolds Kitchens® 10lb Roaster Pan


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450°.

Step 2

In a large bowl rub down the lamb with olive oil, salt, coriander cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and pepper until all sides of the leg of lamb are covered.

Step 3

Next, place the leg of lamb in a Reynolds Kitchens® 10lb Roaster pan, place it on a sheet pan, and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

Step 4

After 30 minutes of cooking on 450° turn down the heat to 350° and finish cooking the lamb for 30 minutes or until it has an internal temperature of 145°. Remove the lamb from the oven and let the meat rest for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 5

Slice the leg of lamb before serving.
