Honey Mustard Baked Salmon
PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
SHAKE flour in Reynolds® Oven Bag, Large Size place in 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Shake flour to center of bag.
COMBINE mayonnaise, mustard, honey and red pepper. Spread about 3 tablespoons of the mixture on top of salmon fillets. Add to bag. Sprinkle with parsley.
CLOSE oven bag with nylon tie cut six 1/2-inch slits in top. Tuck ends of bag in pan
BAKE 20 to 25 minutes or until salmon is opaque and flakes easily with fork. Remove skin if desired Stir sauce in bag and serve with salmon.
