Game Day Chipped Ham Barbeque Sandwiches
Keep game day easy with this delicious chipped ham barbeque sandwich recipe.
Line a 4-quart slow cooker with a Regular size Reynolds Kitchens™ Slow Cooker Liner. Fit liner snugly against the bottom and sides of bowl; pull top of liner over rim of bowl.
Stir together onion, ketchup, water, sugar, mustard, worcestershire, vinegar, and pepper in slow cooker until blended. Stir in ham. Cover and cook on LOW until onions are tender, about 4 hours. Stir gently using a wooden or plastic utensil. Serve directly from lined slow cooker.
Place 1/2 cup chipped ham on bottom half of each hamburger bun. Top each sandwich with 1 tablespoon relish and top half of bun.
