Directions
To a large bowl, combine butter, sugars, vanilla, and egg. Whisk until the mixture is creamy.
Sift in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined. The dough should come together but still be sticky. If too wet and sticky add in additional flour, one tbsp at a time. Be careful not to overmix.
Scoop 2-3 tbsp of the batter into each Reynolds Kitchens® Air Fryer Cups and use a small spatula or the back of a spoon to smooth out the top. Add your toppings of choice (chocolate chips, sprinkles, nutella, or oreo).
Pre-heat the air fryer to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake the cookie in the Reynolds Kitchens® Air Fryer Cups for 8 to 10 minutes or until the tops of the cookies are just golden. Remove from the air fryer and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
