Apple Pudding

Because of all of the delicious apples that are so readily available in the fall, I love baking up yummy apple treats. If I can do it and only dirty a few dishes, then even better!

Preheat oven to 350° and line a 2 quart baking dish with Reynolds Wrap ® Aluminum Foil for easy cleanup and removal.

For pudding, cream together sugar and butter. Mix in egg, then add Granny Smith apples.

Mix in dry ingredients and pour batter into prepared baking dish.

Bake for about 40 minutes, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Combine butter, sugar and cream in saucepan and cook on low for 10 minutes. Do not boil.

Remove sauce from heat and stir in vanilla and nutmeg.

Pour sauce over cut pudding squares and enjoy!
